HOW IT WORKS

All of our engagements begin with an initial consultation to get clear on your needs and wants for your business. We’ll design a proposed engagement, once you’ve signed off, we have a kickoff workshop where we get to dive into everything you know and feel about your business.

Your ambitions and dreams for it, but also the nitty-gritty details of what makes it run effectively. We take that away, conduct additional research, put together our version of the story based on our exploration and present it back to you in an elevation workshop. In that workshop we get to make sure that the brand is headed in the right direction and feels true to your vision.

Once we’re aligned, we develop your brand book and get to work on expression. Expression is all about writing your story out and bringing it to life across channels--that is most often on your website, but can vary depending on the needs of your business. What if we already have a logo and colours?

This is about more than just design. This is about clarity of purpose and expression. Our process is meant to feed into EVERYTHING you do and is designed to help you grow your business. Yes, design can be an essential part of that, but just because you have a logo doesn’t mean you have a brand. We want to help you leverage your unique story to create a living, breathing brand that inspires new customers to connect with and stay with you for the life of your brand.

We just need marketing help, can you just help us execute our plans?

What about content strategy and creation?

We do this too! For the clients who will benefit from it, we have content development engagements both short and longterm that we share as needed. While we love content as a strategy and often recommend it, not everyone needs a weekly newsletter or blog to grow their business. It really depends on your unique context, your customer needs, and the story you want to tell to inspire. Reach out if you’re interested in our content services.

I just want to do growth marketing and SEO, how can you help?

We create holistic and integrated approaches based on the needs and goals of your business or organization and they are developed to help you reach and impact customers for the long term. If you just want growth hacking, we don’t do that. We can help connect you to some folks we trust if you think that’s all your business needs. We believe most businesses need more to thrive in the long term but growth marketing is a fine place to start.

HOW IT WORKS

We start with an initial consult call where we clarify your needs. We’ll put together a proposed workshop outline and quote for you. Once you feel comfortable with the format and approach, we’ll meet to align on the plan and timing. Our team puts together your homework and a draft of the workshop including exercises for you to approve. Then it’s the fun of the day (or afternoon) and a follow-up output document that includes insights uncovered during the workshop so you can continue to leverage what you learn. We have three foundational workshops that we build upon depending on your needs:
